This is a day of the Octave of Pentecost but also an Ember day and thus a day of Fasting and Abstinence.

  1. Cum complerentur dies Pentecostes, erant omnes pariter in eodem loco, alleluia. [When the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place, alleluia.]
